My name is Caroline Tindall, Miss Caroline to the students. I am a Canadian Red Seal Chef by trade and have a back ground in non profit management. My passion is food and cooking. My belief is that food brings people together as a universal staple. Mental health and nutrition go hand in hand. When we have full bellies we can concentrate on learning. I love our school and it brings me great joy to be able to share my knowledge of food to our students.
When not at school you can find me on the RUGBY field! Rugby is a huge part of my family life. I am a former player and now I coach. My three sons all play rugby. My husband is also a player/coach.
